On March 21, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road 78. Reports indicate that a 28-year-old female was traveling along the roadway in a black sedan when her vehicle collided with an SUV head-on near the intersection of Rittiman Road.
The driver of the SUV was injured and transported to Northeast Baptist for treatment. The driver inside the sedan had to be extricated from her vehicle prior to being transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment.
At this time, the SAPD is investigating.
