On February 3, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 349. Reports indicate that 39-year-old Bernardo Natividad was traveling in a Nissan Titan pickup truck along the highway when his vehicle collided with a second truck.
Natividad sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was immediately declared deceased.
At this time, DPS is working to determine the cause of the collision.
