Houston, TX – Randy Washington Killed in Bicycle Crash on W Loop S

Houston, TX (June 21, 2020) – On June 20, at approximately 5:35 a.m., the Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the West Loop South.

Reports show that a group of bicyclists was traveling down the West Loop South service road, near the Braeswood Boulevard exit, when one of the bicyclists collided with a southbound vehicle.

The bicyclist, who was identified as 64-year-old Randy Washington, sustained fatal injuries in the collision. He was declared deceased at the scene of the accident. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
