Harris County Father And Daughter Killed In a Rollover ATV Accident

A community is in mourning after a father and daughter were crushed in a Texas ATV accident in Harris County on Saturday, July 28.
According to local news sources, 51-year-old Dewey Riggins and 23-year-old Tiffany Riggins were riding in a four-seat Razor ATV at Down South Off-Road Park in Crosby with two other passengers when the accident occurred. The ATV was driving up a steep embankment when the vehicle flipped backward. The two people riding on the back of the ATV jumped to safety, but the father and daughter were trapped under the vehicle. Dewey was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, while Tiffany died while being rushed to the hospital.
Relatives of the Dayton father-daughter pair are raising funds for the two unexpected funerals as well as for Tiffany’s two-year-old daughter, BayLee Rose Riggins.
