Guadalupe, TX – Dustin Hegwer Struck & Killed by Vehicle on TX-123

Guadalupe, TX (November 3, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Saturday evening claimed one man’s life. At approximately 7:35 p.m., on October 31, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Texas State Highway 123.

Reports from authorities show that 27-year-old Dustin Ross Hegwer was walking near Texas State Highway 123 when he was struck by a vehicle just north of the intersection with Farm to Market Road 477.

Hegwer was fatally injured in the accident. Emergency crews arrived at the site of the crash and declared the man deceased. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
