Godley, TX – Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on FM 4

Godley, TX (July 16, 2020) – An automobile accident reported in the area between Cleburne and Granbury, in Godley, claimed the life of one victim, according to police. On July 14, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the site of an auto accident on Farm to Market Road 4.

According to reports provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety, a 30-year-old man was outside of his vehicle on Farm to Market Road near Massey Road, at approximately 9:50 p.m., when he was struck by a vehicle. The man was fatally injured in the accident. DPS located the man at the site of the accident and immediately declared him deceased. At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
