According to reports from the Department of Public Safety, 37-year-old Reymunda Garcia was traveling down the roadway in an SUV when his vehicle collided head-on with a cement truck.

Garcia sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was sadly declared deceased on site.

The driver of the cement truck was injured and transported to Spohn Shoreline by HALO-Flight.

At this time, DPS is conducting an investigation into the cause of this collision.

George West, TX (February 4, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Monday afternoon claimed one man’s life.

According to reports from the Department of Public Safety, 37-year-old Reymunda Garcia was traveling down the roadway in an SUV when his vehicle collided head-on with a cement truck.

Garcia sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was sadly declared deceased on site.

The driver of the cement truck was injured and transported to Spohn Shoreline by HALO-Flight.
