DALLAS, TX (05/19/2014) — 50-year-old Alfonso Samano is dead following an incident involving a Frito Law truck behind a Walmart store.
While not much has been confirmed at this point, we know that one person (Alfonso Samano) has died. The Monday afternoon accident appears to involve just one vehicle – a Frito Lay truck which appears to have been delivering or picking up from a Wal-Mart store in Dallas.
Dallas police are actively investigating the scene of the accident and the medical examiner was called to the scene.
The Walmart Neighborhood Market store (store #3015) is located at 2827 S. Buckner Blvd, Dallas, TX 75227 (between Scyene Road and Blossom Lane).
