At around 8 p.m., on April 29, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road 528.
Reports from DPS show that 24-year-old Jacob Andrew Raziano was traveling east along Farm to Market Road 528 on a black Yamaha motorcycle when his vehicle collided with a westbound black 2019 BMW at the intersection of Bay Park Drive.
Raziano sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was immediately declared deceased.
The front seat passenger of the BMW, who was identified as 29-year-old Chasonique Evonne Richardson, had to be extricated from the vehicle. She was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the BMW, who was identified as 66-year-old Leon Shapiro, sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
DPS is currently investigating.
