Reports provided by authorities show that 39-year-old Elizabeth Newberry was walking on East Lancaster Avenue near the intersection with Grandview Drive when she was struck by a vehicle. The woman was severely injured in the accident. She was rushed to John Peter Smith Hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation.

Fort Worth, TX (August 12, 2020) – An accident on Sunday evening claimed one victim’s life in the Fort Worth area. Just after 4 p.m., on August 9, the Fort Worth Police and Fire Departments were called to the scene of a collision on East Lancaster Avenue.
