On February 8, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road 361. Reports indicate that a head-on collision occurred along the roadway near the intersection with Farm to Market Road 1994.
One person involved in the collision suffered fatal injuries and was declared deceased on the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle, who was identified as Seth Farquhar, as well as two children inside the first vehicle, were all transported to area hospitals with injuries.
Police are investigating the cause of the collision at this time.
