Dallas, TX – Alejandro Ortiz Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Duncanville Rd

Dallas, TX (May 24, 2020) – At around 8:20 p.m., on May 22, authorities were called to the scene of an auto accident on Duncanville Road.

Reports show that 29-year-old Alejandro Ortiz was traveling along the roadway, on a motorcycle, when his vehicle collided with a Ford F-150 after the driver failed to yield the right of way at the intersection with Ranchero Lane.

Ortiz was ejected from his vehicle. He was rushed to Methodist Central Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the pickup truck, who was identified as 60-year-old Bryan Howard, was arrested for intoxication manslaughter.

At this time, police are investigating.
