Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety show that a Dodge Dart was traveling south on Farm to Market Road 3083 between the area of Exxon Road and Jefferson Chemical when his vehicle collided head-on with a green Toyota Tacoma. The male driver and female passenger in the Tacoma became entrapped. Both victims had to be extricated from the vehicle. After 30-minutes, crews were able to extricate the two victims and declared them deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Dart was rushed to Conroe Regional Hospital for treatment of critical injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
