At around 8:05 p.m., on February 25, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Coronado Hills Drive. Reports indicate that a male pedestrian was crossing at the intersection of Coronado Hills Drive and Cameron Road when he was struck by a motor vehicle.
The victim was seriously injured in the collision and rushed to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to render aid. The crash remains under investigation at this time.
