Arlington, TX – Woman Seriously Injured in Dog Attack on Northaven Court

Odessa, TX – Car Crash on Faudree Rd Leaves Four Injured

Just before 7 p.m., on February 2, two pit bulls got loose in the 1700 block of Northaven Court. While running free, they viciously attacked a 73-year-old woman who was out walking in the area. An individual who lives on the road came home and noticed the dogs attacking the woman. They ran over to help the woman, freeing her from their grips, and firing a single shot at the torso of one of the dogs.

The woman suffered serious head and bodily injuries from the attack and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.

Both dogs survived and were taken by animal services. The Arlington Police Department is currently investigating.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim injured in this collision, as well as their family, at this time.
