The two victims luckily reported the daycare abuse to their mothers on August 3rd, 2015, and police were quickly called. “My daughter came home on August the third and told me that she was touched in her private area,” reported one of the victims’ moms. According to Capt. Dan Rochelle with the Lewisville Police Department, “An outcry was made by a small child that she was touched inappropriately at a day care… They called police, went the hospital and we started investigating.”

The 14-year-old boy was taken into custody Thursday afternoon on two counts of indecency with a child. CPS reportedly confirmed that child care licensing is also investigating the daycare facility, and asked the owner not to care for any children during the investigative process. The daycare is currently closed, and the suspect is expected to go before a judge today.

According to FOX 4 News, family members of the two victims want the teen punished, as well as the owner of the daycare facility. “We put our complete trust in her and she let us down completely,” said one of the mothers in reference to the owner of the facility.

Police are saying that there are at least two known victims, and an investigation to identify any additional victims is currently in progress.
