Attorney Jeff Rasansky recovered $925,000.00 on behalf of an elderly nursing home resident who died after suffering a fall.

Though the victim had a history of having fallen at the hospital (as well as multiple attempts to climb over the rails of her hospital bed) the nursing home staff did not assess the victim as a fall risk and failed to properly monitor her overall condition.
