Rasansky | McKenzie Law brought a lawsuit against a popular daycare chain on behalf of two parents who say their son was abused by a teacher. The teacher was said to have punished their 2-year-old child (and others) by sticking him in the back and shoulders with thumbtacks and other sharp instruments. The case was eventually settled out of court.
