18-Wheeler Crashes in Texas

Fort Worth, TX - Injuries Results in 18-Wheeler Collision at I-30 & Beach StIt is well-known that trucking accidents are capable of resulting in life-changing injuries, and Texas has a high rate of fatal semi-truck crashes. The weight of a fully loaded semi-truck can be 20 to 30 times more than a typical passenger car, and this fact can significantly increase the force of a catastrophic crash. The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) reports that in 2021 there were over 19,000 commercial vehicle incidents in Texas, resulting in 3,820 serious injuries and 685 fatalities. There is nothing that can completely prepare you for a collision, let alone one involving a massive commercial rig. It is common for passengers traveling in personal cars to suffer the brunt of these impacts due to the significant size disparity involved. These types of cases involve a lot of moving parts, and there are several parties that may be responsible for your injuries. You are not only going up against the truck driver involved in the crash. You are also going up to bat against the insurance provider of the trucking company, and there are also third-party parts manufacturers that could have played a role. You will need a lawyer who understands these unique aspects of truck injury cases, and that means working with an attorney who has handled these types of claims in the past. Not all lawyers are made the same, and it is important that you get a lawyer with the right experience and track record. This is often the only way to ensure that you are able to the maximum compensation you are owed for your resulting injuries and other damages. You need a legal team on your side if you were seriously hurt in a trucking accident. Rasansky Law Firm is here to help you during this difficult time to ensure that you are able to get the maximum recovery in your case. Our Fort Worth semi-truck lawyers want to help you during this difficult time while ensuring that the at-fault party is brought to justice for their role in the accident.
