Reports from authorities show that a 2002 Honda motorcycle was traveling south on Farm to Market Road 105. At the same time, a 2012 Toyota SUV was traveling northbound on the same road. For unknown reasons, the driver of the SUV failed to yield the right of way to the motorcycle and turned in front of the vehicle at the intersection with Lakeview Cutoff Street.
The two occupants of the motorcycle were identified as 48-year-old Tony Stanley, who was the driver, and 40-year-old Angie Stanley, who was the passenger. Both victims sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota, a 75-year-old female, and her passenger were both transported to an area hospital for the treatment of undisclosed injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
