Reports from authorities show that a traffic collision occurred on US Highway 67. Investigative reports show that a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup truck was traveling south on US Highway 67 when the vehicle collided with a John Deere Tractor, which was towing a folding grain drill.
The driver of the pickup, who was identified as a 38-year-old male from San Angelo, was rushed to Shannon Medical Center for the treatment of incapacitating injuries. A passenger in the pickup truck, 37-year-old Brett Mohler, was fatally injured. The victim was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver on the tractor, a 56-year-old male from the Miles area, was transported to Shannon Medical Center for the treatment of injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
