Reports from DPS show that 38-year-old Eric Olsen was traveling on the wrong side of the road, in a white pickup truck, when his vehicle collided with a brown pickup truck. The impact of the collision caused Olsen’s truck to roll over onto its side.
The driver of the brown truck, and two children inside the white pickup truck, were all injured. All three victims were transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment. Olsen admitted to law enforcement that he had been drinking prior to entering the road.
