The deadly crash took place at the 15384 block of East Freeway near the Beltway at around 3:41 a.m. Three vehicles, including a semi-truck, were involved in the crash. A woman was ejected from one of the passenger vehicles and suffered fatal injuries.
She was pronounced dead at the scene. The area was closed and later reopened at around 7 a.m.
The identity of the deceased party has been withheld.
An ongoing investigation into the deadly crash is in progress.
