Reports show that a group of bicyclists was traveling down the West Loop South service road, near the Braeswood Boulevard exit, when one of the bicyclists collided with a southbound vehicle.
The bicyclist, who was identified as 64-year-old Randy Washington, sustained fatal injuries in the collision. He was declared deceased at the scene of the accident. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
