According to reports provided by DPS, 50-year-old Bradley Segers, from Midland, was riding a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle south on Farm to Market Road 570. At the same time, a 2013 Audi A6 was traveling north on the same road.
For unknown reasons, the Audi crossed over the center lines and crashed into the motorcycle head-on just 1.8 miles east of Eastland. The crash left both vehicles severely damaged and caused delays throughout the area.
Segers suffered fatal injuries as a result of this accident. Emergency crews pronounced the man deceased at the scene immediately after arriving.
The driver of the Audi was not reported to have been injured in the crash. At this time, the crash is under investigation with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
