The pickup was reportedly hit by Antonio Ortiz after he ran a stop sign. The driver of the truck, Milena Wilske, was transported to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead. Her passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. Shortly after the crash, a third truck hit Ortiz’s vehicle. That driver was treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. Ortiz was taken to a hospital as a precaution, and he was charged with two counts of manslaughter. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is underway.

Dallas, TX (March 11, 2024) – Two people were killed and a driver arrested following a two-vehicle accident in the Dallas area on Saturday night, March 9. The accident took place at the corner of Centerville Road and Joaquin Drive that evening at around 10:40 p.m. The victims were traveling in a pickup truck when they entered the intersection to make a left turn.
