Deadly 18-Wheeler Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
18-wheelers dominate Texas highways. Each year, there are around 3 million semi-trucks traveling on American roadways, and each of these massive rigs may weigh up to 80,000 pounds and be anywhere from 70 to 80 feet long. Many motorists give them plenty of space so they can get where they are going safely. Unfortunately, collisions involving 18-wheelers happen frequently and can involve pedestrians and other motorists.
