Emergency crews were rushed to the scene after being notified of a serious pedestrian-vehicle crash. The injured party was provided aid at the scene before being transferred to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center in critical condition. It was later confirmed the following day that the victim succumbed to their injuries. The identity of the deceased victim has not been determined. The driver remained at the scene, cooperated with responding officials, and did not show signs of impairment. No additional information on the deadly crash is currently available.
