Reports show that a 17-year-old girl was traveling on US Highway 87 when they tried to turn near Oak Park Road. As a result, the vehicle collided with a second vehicle.
The impact of the crash caused the teen’s truck to roll over and come to rest on its side. The girl sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle was rushed to Floresville hospital for the treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
