Reports from DPS show that a male pedestrian was walking down the Dallas North Tollway when he was struck by a semi-truck. The man became entrapped under the semi-truck and had to be extricated by firefighters from the Dallas Fire-Rescue. The man was rushed to a local hospital where he was declared deceased. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
