Valley View, TX - Dallas Woman Fatally Hit Standing near Car on I-35

The driver of the Camry and a passenger were standing outside the car when an oncoming 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe hit them and the Camry. The passenger of the Toyota, identified as 22-year-old Crystal Mendoza of Dallas, was transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Denton, where she was later pronounced dead. The driver of the Camry, identified as 23-year-old Isaac Rebollar-Gonzalez of Little Elm, was flown to Medical City Denton in critical condition. 

The driver of the Tahoe, later identified as 21-year-old Maliki Howard of Bethany, LA, was also transported by ambulance to Medical City Denton for the treatment of serious injuries. No additional information on the deadly crash is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident.

Valley View, TX (February 22, 2024) – A Dallas woman was killed, and two others were hurt after a collision in the Valley View area on Monday, February 18. The fatal accident was reported on Interstate 35 early that morning at around 3:49 a.m. Local reports indicated that a 2017 Toyota Camry was disabled in the right lane of I-35 SB after a single-vehicle crash.
