San Antonio, TX - Woman Dies in Head-on Crash at Culebra & Rogers Rd

San Antonio, TX (April 27, 2024) - On Friday, April 26, a woman was killed after a head-on collision in the San Antonio area. The deadly accident took place at the intersection of Culebra Road and Rogers Road. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. 

It was later revealed that a white vehicle was headed westbound on Culebra as it attempted to make a left turn onto Rogers. It collided with a black eastbound vehicle. The woman driving the white vehicle was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, and she was later pronounced dead. The driver of the black car was also injured and transported to University Hospital for treatment. A third vehicle was also involved in the crash, but none of the occupants were injured. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being handled by local law enforcement officials.
