San Angelo, TX – Two Injured in Rear-end Crash on W 306 Loop

San Angelo, TX (April 26, 2024) – On Tuesday, April 23, two people were injured after a collision in the San Angelo area. The accident was reported on College Hills Boulevard near W. 306 Loop late that afternoon around 4:30 p.m. Local reports revealed that a Nissan and a Chrysler 300 collided at the scene. 

The driver of the Nissan reportedly crashed into the back of the Chrysler as it was yielding at a stop sign. The driver of the Nissan was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment, along with a passenger in the 300. It is believed that the crash was due to a failure to control speed. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. No charges have been filed in connection with the crash at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more updates will be released as it continues.
