Midkiff, TX - Man Killed After Driver Runs Stop Sign at FM-2401 & FM-1357

According to local sources, 46-year-old Donald Harry Feitshans of Monahans was driving eastbound with a trailer. A second vehicle driven by 34-year-old Jericho Lewis James-Jackson of Corpus Christi was heading north, and a third vehicle driven by 25-year-old Matthew Douglas Christensen of Odessa was headed west. 

Feitshans disregarded a red flashing stop sign and crashed into the left side of Jackson’s vehicle. After the initial impact, both vehicles collided with Christensen’s vehicle. Jackson suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency crews. No other injuries were reported by the other drivers. No further information on the deadly accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.

Midkiff, TX (April 21, 2024) – A driver was killed after a multi-vehicle crash in the Midkiff area on Friday, April 19. The collision was reported that afternoon around 12:25 p.m. at the corner of Farm to Market Road 2401 and 1357. It was later revealed that the crash occurred after the driver ran a stop sign at the intersection. 

According to local sources, 46-year-old Donald Harry Feitshans of Monahans was driving eastbound with a trailer.
