Marshall, TX - Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Semi-Truck on S East End Blvd

Marshall, TX (April 23, 2023) - On Saturday, April 22, a pedestrian was killed after being hit by an 18-wheeler in Marshall. 

The deadly accident took place at the 5100 block of S. East End Boulevard at around 2:15 a.m. It was reported that two pedestrians were reportedly struck by a tractor-trailer. One man suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. 

The identities of the involved parties have been withheld. No other injuries were reported, and no charges have been filed at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is in progress.
