Fatal Head-on Collisions in Texas
While any kind of collision has the potential to be lethal, head-on collisions account for a significant portion of the country’s annual fatal auto accidents. In fact, head-on collisions account for about 10 percent of traffic fatalities, while making up less than 2 percent of all reported crashes in the country. When two cars going in different directions collide, the impact force is immense. These collisions can arise from drivers losing control due to poor road conditions or swerving into oncoming vehicles. In any event, head-on collisions can result in serious injuries, so it is critical that you work with an experienced attorney to ensure your legal rights are upheld and that you can seek justice for your family.
