Lubbock, TX - Lamesa Woman Killed in 18-Wheeler Crash on TX-137

Lubbock, TX (April 30, 2023) - On Friday, April 28, a Lamesa woman was killed after a collision with a tractor-trailer in Lubbock. 

The fatal accident was first reported on TX-137 and involved two vehicles. It was revealed that a 50-year-old woman from Lamesa was traveling on the highway when she collided with a 2015 Mack GU7 that was towing a 2012 Semi-Trailer. 

The woman suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced deceased. The identity of the victim has been withheld. 

Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
