Greenleaf was extricated by responding officials before being airlifted to Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple. She was later pronounced dead. The other driver, 33-year-old Diane Cintron, also of Killeen, was pronounced dead at the scene by attending emergency personnel. 

Local reports indicated that alcohol may have been involved in the accident. No further information on the deadly crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fatal accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.

Killeen, TX (February 25, 2024) – On Friday, February 23, two women were killed in a head-on crash in the Killeen area. The fatal accident was reported at the 2800 block of E. Rancier Avenue that morning at around 12:11 a.m. Local reports revealed that a white Cadillac driven by 20-year-old Taeler Greenleaf of Killeen was traveling westbound when it veered into eastbound traffic and collided head-on with an oncoming maroon Kia Telluride.
