Houston, TX - 18-Wheeler Crash Ends in Injuries on Miller Rd 2

Houston, TX (March 21, 2024) - There were confirmed injuries after a semi-truck accident in the Houston area on Monday, March 18. The crash was reported at the 7000 block of Miller Road 2 near Wallisville Road at around 10:35 a.m. Footage from the scene showed an 18-wheeler that had overturned on the roadway. 

Local reports revealed that there were fluids leaking from the truck, and a HAZMAT team and emergency crews were quickly dispatched. A woman involved in the accident was hospitalized for treatment of sustained injuries. At this time, the circumstances leading to the accident have not been confirmed. The area was closed for several hours while authorities were present to assist at the scene. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is in the hands of local authorities.
