Dallas, TX - Pedestrian Killed in Collision on I-30 near I-45

Dallas, TX (March 12, 2024) - On Monday, March 11, a pedestrian was killed following a traffic accident in the Dallas area. The deadly accident occurred on Interstate 30 near Interstate 45 early that morning at around 3 a.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene after being notified of a pedestrian-vehicle accident. 

The victim was on foot when they were hit by an oncoming vehicle. All but one eastbound lane was closed as local authorities were present to render the necessary aid. Despite life-saving measures from responding paramedics, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
