The deadly crash was reported on US-90 early that morning at around 8 a.m. A semi-truck reportedly collided with a sedan on the highway. One person involved in the crash reportedly sustained fatal injuries.
Both sides of the highway were closed as emergency responders were present at the scene. At this time, the circumstances leading to the collision have not been determined. The identity of the deceased party has not been provided.
