Buda, TX - Two Hurt in Car Accident on I-35

Buda, TX (February 29, 2024) - Two people were injured following a vehicle collision in the Buda area on Wednesday, February 28. The accident was reported on Interstate 35 near Turnersvile Rd at around 12:10 p.m. The accident reportedly involved a single vehicle with two occupants. 

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. Both passengers were trapped inside the car and had to be extricated by responding emergency crews. Both the victims were transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center for treatment of sustained injuries. 

One of the victims was reportedly in critical condition, and the other suffered serious injuries. The circumstances leading to the accident have not yet been determined.
