The deadly accident occurred on TX-350 as a 2006 Freightliner Truck with a trailer headed northbound on the highway. The truck driver drifted into oncoming traffic and collided with a southbound 2019 Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by a 22-year-old Moran man.
The driver of the pickup suffered fatal injuries in the collision. A second victim was taken to Scenic Mountain Medical Center for treatment.
