Jeff Rasansky secured a $925,000.00 settlement on behalf of the estate of an elderly woman who died from sepsis while under the care of a nursing home.

It was discovered that staff failed to address complications related to a Groshong catheter, and as a result, the patient’s health deteriorated and she died from septic shock.
