Lubbock, TX - Injuries in Pedestrian Crash at Detroit Ave & Amherst St

Lubbock, TX (March 28, 2024) - On Tuesday, March 26, there were confirmed injuries after a traffic accident in the Lubbock area. The collision was reported early that morning at around 7:30 a.m. at the corner of N. Detroit Avenue and Amherst Street. Local reports indicated that a pedestrian was traveling near the intersection when they were hit by an oncoming motor vehicle. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties.
