Dallas Truck Wreck Myths: “I Can’t Win against a Trucking Company”

This May, we took some time to share common Texas semi crash lawsuit myths with our readers. One of the myths that we covered is important enough for its own blog blot: the misconception that “the little guy” can’t win against a big truck company and a big insurance company. This just isn’t the case!

A closer look at one of our own case results.

How can we be so sure that there is a chance you can stand up to corporations and win? Because we’ve helped many people do it in the past.
One example. The family of a truck accident victim came to us with a tragic story: their loved one, a wife and mother of three children, was struck by a sand and gravel truck at a Texas intersection. Her vehicle burst into flames and she was trapped inside. Although the truck company fought tooth and nail to prove that they weren’t responsible, we proved that the driver engaged in criminally negligent conduct when he ran the red light and struck her car. Her family has now been compensated for her loss, and her children will be able to have the financial security they deserve.

Texas semi crash attorney

It is sad to think about how many people don’t pursue Texas truck accident lawsuits simply because they have been intimidated by the trucking company. Do not let this happen to you and your family. Yes, it is difficult to successfully settle a case with a truck company. However, with experienced attorneys and the truth on your side, it is absolutely possible.
