Katy, TX – Man & Daughter Injured in Fire on W Little York Rd

Katy, TX (January 22, 2021) – A fire incident reported in Katy sent a man and his daughter to an area hospital with critical injuries. On January 21, authorities were requested to the site of a fire incident on West Little York Road.

Reports show that a fire broke out at a home in the early morning hours on Thursday. The home, which is located on West Little York Road near the intersection with North Fry Road, sustained moderate damage due to the incident.

A man rescued his wife from the blaze in the home and ran back inside to rescue his daughter. The man and his daughter both sustained critical injuries. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire and remove the man and his daughter from the home. The two victims were rushed to an area hospital where they were admitted in critical condition. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
