Reports provided by authorities show that a 6-year-old child was struck by a silver 2009 Dodge Ram pickup truck on North Grand Street near the intersection with Northeast 12th Street for unknown reasons.
The child was injured in the accident. They were treated at the scene of the accident by medical personnel and transported to a local hospital for further treatment of injuries. At this time, the police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
