According to reports, a black pickup truck and a white sedan collided, along with a third vehicle, on the Gulf Freeway. The driver in the white sedan sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene. Three other people involved in the crash were injured. The three victims were rendered treatment at the scene and transported to area hospitals for further evaluation. The driver of the pickup truck was found to be impaired at the time of the crash. The driver was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. At this time, the police are investigating.
