Houston, TX – Pedestrian Accident on Bissonnet St Claims One Life

Houston, TX (July 21, 2020) – A pedestrian accident reported on Sunday evening claimed one man’s life in the Houston area. At approximately 9:25 p.m., on July 19, the Houston Police Department and emergency personnel responded to the scene of a collision in the 9200 block of Bissonnet Street.

Reports show that a 56-year-old male pedestrian was walking along Bissonnet Road when he was struck by a vehicle. The man was critically injured in the accident. He was transported from the site of the crash to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was declared deceased. At this time, the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the cause of the crash.
